Basic Service	Using a ready to inject antigen (2mg) supplied by the customer. Service includes two New Zealand White Rabbits immunization, prebleed, blood collection (40~60ml) and titration. Approx. time required: 3 monthsUsing a ready to inject antigen supplied by the customer. Service includes rabbit (x2) immunization, bleed collection and titration, antibody purification (protein A/G).	Samples of pre-bleed, bleed and final purified antibody. Expected yield: 100-150 mg of purified antibody.
Standard Service	Using a peptide (2mg) supplied by the customer. Service includes peptide conjugation to KLH, two New Zealand White Rabbits immunization, prebleed, blood collection (40~60ml) and titration. Approx. time required: 3 monthsUsing a peptide supplied by the customer. Service includes peptide conjugation to KLH, rabbit (x2) immunization, bleed collection and titration, antibody purification (protein A/G).	Samples of pre-bleed, bleed and final purified antibody. Expected yield: 100-150 mg of purified antibody.
Complete service	Service includes peptide synthesis (=20 mer) and conjugation to KLH, two New Zealand White Rabbits immunization, prebleed, blood collection (40~60ml) and titration. Approx. time required: 3.5 months	Samples of peptide, pre-bleed, bleed and final purified antibody. Expected yield: 100-150 mg of purified antibody.
Optional Service	Antibody purification by peptide affinity column (peptide supplied by customer, antiserum from 2 rabbits)

Validation of Non-characterized Antibody:

Validation Type	Service Content
Western analysis (endogenous detection in a mammalian cell line)	The customer will choose the cell line or provide the specific cells.
Immunoprecipitation analysis (based on antigen overexpression in mammalian cells)	Transient transfection of flag -tagged target cDNA (original target cDNA provided by customer) into mammalian cells, immunoprecipitated with target antibody and Western-blot detection with anti-flag.
Immunohistochemistry analysis	Using a paraffin-embedded normal or tumor tissue selected by the customer: antibody's specification and sensitivity (up to 6 tissue samples).
