Tissue MicroArrays & Immunohistochemistry :
Tissue MicroArray technology is a powerful tool for the rapid and high-throughput analysis of newly identified pathogenetic genes, discovery and assessment of new therapeutics, and determining prognosis of a disease. With more than 60 histologically-defined tissue samples (T&N) on a single slide, TMA minimizes variations in staining intensity and yields consistent results. TMA provides a solution for localization and evaluation of protein, RNA, or DNA molecules in various tissues and considered to be a particularly useful tool for functional genomic studies.
Tissue Microarrays from Ruixing's Tissue Bank:
Ruixing TMA is made from 4% buffered neutral formalin fixed tissue originated from human, mouse and rat. Human Tissue have been classified clinically and histopathologically including normal multiple organs as well as malignant tumors, such as colon cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancers, esophageal cancer, rectum cancer, kidney and liver cancer, etc. Tissue MicroArrays (=60 spots) are collected and arranged by experienced pathologists according to the customer's specifications. Unless otherwise stated, each TMA set consists of 1-H&E stained and 4-unstained slides.

Tissue Microarray Recipient Block Production:
| We can perform a tissue microarray from your paraffin block with tissue samples. You can choose between three sizes: 72 spots with 1.5 mm diameter score size, 60 spots with 1.5 mm diameter score size or 45 spots with 2.00 mm diameter score size. As an option, we can manufacture up to 50 slides from the Custom Tissue Microarray block. After the preparation we return the custom block, the slides and your paraffin blocks to you. |
