Our yeast two-hybrid screening service uses amended Gal4-based YTH system for identifying protein-protein interaction. We provide the entire screening
service, from bait construction to validation of positive clones. The plasmid containing gene of interest should be supplied by the customer.
We perform the entire screen, from bait construction through validation of positive clones. Customer provides bait gene plasmid (we can also pull the bait cDNA from libraries for customer) and receives bait construct, screening results with full-length sequence of positive clones.
