The findings of the research are to be published by the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS), one of the world's most-cited multidisciplinary scientific serials, during the week of September 11, 2006. Dr. Jun Wu, the CSO of GNI and Shanghai Genomics, is the corresponding author of the paper.

January 24, 2006 Shanghai Genomics and Organon, the human healthcare business unit of Akzo Nobel£¬are to collaborate on a new research project. The collaboration, which will involve biological development work aimed at identification of more selective steroid hormone receptor modulators, will initially last for a period of two years. It extends Organon research interests in China and strengthens Shanghai Genomics¡¯ international credentials.
