SG owns a state-of-the-art cell culture facility with FACS/sort, fluorescent microscopy and viral infection capabilities. Its scientists have established a variety of cell-based assays in a wide range of mammalian cell lines.  Using these assays, SG has a proven track record in target validation and drug discovery.

SG has well-established cell growth related assays.  For its own purposes, SG has screened over fifty genes by cell cycle and apoptosis analysis in order to determine gene function. In addition, SG has established for its international clients, several assays for determining cell proliferation, migration and adhesion.
